PER CURIAM.

The Labor and Industrial Relations Commission determined that $2550 would be recouped from future unemployment compensation benefits payable to Lindy Campbell. Mr. Campbell sought judicial review of the Commission's decision in the circuit court of Jackson County. The circuit court reversed the decision of the Commission and remanded the case because the record did not reflect whether the Division of Employment Security had considered issues of fairness...
