For the reasons assigned in Leyva v. Iberia General Hospital, et al., 93-768 (La.App. 3 Cir. 5/24/95), ___ So.2d ___, the judgment of the trial court is reversed. Costs of this appeal are assessed to Dr. G.D. Sagrera, M.D.

REVERSED.
