The Labor and Industry Review Commission (LIRC) appeals from a judgment of the trial court wherein the court reversed LIRC's decision denying Patricia A. Charette unemployment compensation benefits. Because we conclude that Charette's excessive tardiness constituted misconduct, we reverse the decision of the trial court.
