The issue in this appeal is whether the chancellor abused her discretion in awarding attorney's fees to appellee Transcriptions, Inc. d/b/a Bushman Court Reporting, as the prevailing party in a breach of contract action. We disagree with the appellant, Laura Bushman Gill, that there was an abuse of discretion, and we affirm.
