Thomas Taylor pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful possession of stolen mail in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1708. At sentencing, Taylor received an enhancement under the Sentencing Guidelines for criminal livelihood and a reduction for acceptance of responsibility.
