HUSPENI, Judge.

Relators appeal by writ of certiorari the determination of the Department of Economic Security Commissioner's representative that relators were disqualified from reemployment insurance benefits because they were participating in a labor dispute. Because we conclude that respondent employer has failed to establish that customary work was available and that relators failed or refused to perform such work, we affirm in part and reverse...
