This is a claim for worker's compensation benefits brought by Jacquelyn M. Bynum against her former employer, Capital City Press (Capital City). On February 11, 1991, the plaintiff filed a "Disputed Claim for Compensation" with the Office of Worker's Compensation Administration alleging that on September 13, 1984, she became ill as a result of inhaling fumes in her workplace.
