This is an action to ascertain the value of the plaintiff's shares of stock in a corporation know as Woloohojian Realty Corporation. Plaintiff is an owner of one third of the stock of the corporation. Plaintiff initially brought this action to compel a liquidation of the corporation. Substantially all of the corporation's assets were real estate interests. Under the provisions of R.I.Gen.Laws
