This is a wrongful death case. Appellants Charles E. Cox, Greg Cox, Jeff Cox, and the estate of Marsha Cox (collectively appellants) sued appellees the Upjohn Company, Dr. Louis Fabre, and Fabre Research Clinics (collectively appellees), alleging that Marsha Cox's death resulted from her use of the drugs Halcion and Xanax.
