This is an appeal of a judgment entered pursuant to a settlement agreement. Appellants contend the trial court erred in enforcing the settlement agreement (1) because respondent failed to tender performance of its part of the agreement and (2) because the judgment imposes terms on appellants that were not part of the settlement agreement. The judgment, as hereafter modified, is affirmed.
