SETH, Circuit Judge.

The Trustee in Bankruptcy for M & L Business Machine Company (the Debtor on October 1, 1990 in a voluntary filing originally under Chapter 7 of the Act) brought this adversary proceeding pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 549 against Youth Benefits Unlimited, Inc. The Trustee sought to avoid-recover an unauthorized post-petition transfer of funds from the bank account of the debtor-in-possession to Youth Benefits.
