This appeal arises from a take-nothing judgment entered after the jury returned a verdict against appellant, McKinley Turner, and in favor of appellees Roadway Express, Inc., Allen Wayne Hill, Nathaniel Jackson Jones, and Carson Doss1 based on Turner's allegations of malicious prosecution, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and civil conspiracy.
