No. 26144.

908 P.2d 226 (1995)

Edolia PAUL, Appellant, v. IMPERIAL PALACE, INC., A Corporation d/b/a Imperial Palace, Respondent.

Supreme Court of Nevada.

December 19, 1995

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Edward G. Marshall, Las Vegas, for Appellant.

Barker, Gillock, Koning & Brown and Jerry S. Busby, Las Vegas, for Respondent.

OPINION

PER CURIAM:

Appellant Edolia Paul slipped and fell in the buffet line of respondent Imperial Palace, Inc. (Imperial). Paul sued Imperial. After a jury returned a verdict in favor of Paul, the district court granted Imperial's motion for a new trial.

Paul appeals. We conclude that the district court erred in granting a new trial and therefore reverse and remand for reinstatement of the jury's verdict.
