Ples Hedrick appeals a decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission denying him compensation from the Second Injury Fund. Because Hedrick settled his claim with his employer, Chrysler Corporation, the sole issue for both the Administrative Law Judge and the Commission was the liability of the Second Injury Fund.
