Defendant, Clenard "Ken" Johnson, was charged by bill of information with one count of armed robbery, in violation of La.R.S. 14:64, and two counts of attempted second degree murder, in violation of La.R.S. 14:27 and 30.1.1 He pled not guilty and, after a jury trial, was found guilty as charged on all counts.
