The trial court determined that defendant-appellee, Earl Lewing—d/b/a Take Ten Club, breached an agreement with plaintiff-appellant, Louisiana Gaming Corporation (LGC), which granted LGC the exclusive right to place video poker machines in defendant's establishment.
