Following a trial without a jury on plaintiffs' actions to recover for unlawful employment practices (sex discrimination), battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and common law wrongful discharge, plaintiffs in this consolidated appeal assign error to the trial court's entry of judgment for defendants on the unlawful employment practices claim.
