Appellant Jeffrey Scott Eddy was originally sentenced to three years in state prison for possessing a controlled substance for sale (Health & Saf. Code, § 11378) and to a one-year consecutive term for vehicle theft (Veh. Code, § 10851). The crimes were committed in 1992 and 1991, respectively.
