Defendant Becky Richards (Richards) was convicted by a jury in the District Court for the Fourth Judicial District, Missoula County, of one count of deliberate homicide and forty-nine counts of related economic crimes involving theft, forgery and deceptive practices. Richards was sentenced to life imprisonment in the Women's Correctional Facility on the deliberate homicide count. She received suspended sentences on the economic counts and was ordered...
