ASPEN, Chief Judge:

Rueben Richardson, acting pro se, brings this motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255, asking us to vacate his twenty-five month sentence. He contends that because his criminal prosecution followed a civil forfeiture action arising out of the same alleged misconduct, his conviction and sentence were obtained in violation of the Double Jeopardy Clause of the Fifth Amendment.
