MONTEMURO, Justice.

This is a direct appeal1 from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County which set aside a sixty-one year revocation of Appellee's driver's license on the grounds that the habitual offender's statute, 75 Pa.C.S. § 1542, violated Appellee's right to substantive due process. We conclude that this issue is moot because, under the amended statute, Appellee is no longer classified...
