Jerrold Moos appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment for the Square D Company ("the Company") in Moos's suit against the Company for payment of benefits under an ERISA1 plan. Because we agree with the district court that the decision of the plan's administrator to deny benefits to Moos was not arbitrary and capricious, we affirm.
