In this mandamus proceeding, Relator Joe Harold Williams, Sr. contends that the trial court abused its discretion by entering a November 7, 1994, order requiring him to submit to an eye examination. On March 23, 1995, Relator Williams filed a motion for leave to file petition for writ of mandamus.
