Erica Z. (E.Z.), mother, appeals an order of the juvenile court denying a modification petition (Welf. & Inst. Code, § 388) requesting that her daughter, Cecilia C. (C.C.), be returned to her care under a family maintenance plan.1 She also appeals the order on the ground that the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) was violated. We affirm.
