Appellant Liberty State Bank (Liberty) seeks review of a judgment entered based on a jury verdict. Liberty argues that the trial court committed reversible error by providing contradictory jury instructions, refusing to grant Liberty's proposed jury instructions, and rejecting Liberty's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
