BURGESS, Justice.

These appeals are from convictions for Burglary of a Habitation and Aggravated Sexual Assault (three counts). Terry Joe Bishop was previously convicted and the jury assessed punishment for each of the offenses at confinement for life in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and a fine of $10,000, with the sentences to run concurrently. We reversed the convictions and the Court of Criminal Appeals...
