This is an appeal from the Workers' Compensation Commission's decision finding that appellant was jointly employed by appellees when he sustained an admittedly compensable injury. The Commission further concluded that appellant was entitled to the maximum statutory rate for partial and total disability benefits based upon his combined wages.
