PRICE, Justice (Assigned).

A jury found appellant, Clarence Ray Everage, guilty of felony theft of property with a value of over $750 and less than $20,000. After finding two enhancement paragraphs true, the jury assessed appellant's punishment at 75-years confinement. In three points of error, appellant asserts (1) ineffective assistance of counsel; (2) error in the admission of extraneous offenses; and (3) error in the refusal of a requested charge...
