Appellants, Teleometrics International, Inc. and Jeffrey A. Goforth (jointly "appellants"), appeal a judgment confirming an arbitration award issued in favor of Ernest Jay Hall, Ph.D., appellee. In three points of error, appellants claim that the trial court erred in entering judgment because (1) there was no summary judgment evidence of a binding arbitration agreement between the parties; (2) the award was incomplete and unenforceable...
