Debtor, Wahid Elebrashy, filed his chapter 13 petition on June 5, 1991. His plan was confirmed on August 21, 1991; he made timely payments under the plan and received his discharge on September 2, 1994. Elebrashy reopened his case on February 14, 1995 in order to file a complaint to determine dischargeability of two student loans aggregating nearly $80,000.
