In this action, Plaintiff, Robin D. McCoy ("McCoy"), a white female, claims that Johnson Controls World Services, Inc. ("Johnson Controls"), discriminated against her because of her sex and race in violation of Title VII of The Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
