In a single indictment, Durden and Lawson were charged with aggravated assault upon Bledsoe, OCGA § 16-5-21(a)(2), aggravated assault upon Payton, OCGA § 16-5-21(a)(2), armed robbery of Payton, OCGA § 16-8-41(a), and criminal damage to property in the second degree, OCGA § 16-7-23(a)(1).
