This is a mortgage foreclosure case brought by the appellee, Twin City Bank, against William V. Alexander, the appellant. Foreclosure was decreed, and the Chancellor granted a summary judgment to the Bank with respect to a counterclaim. The summary judgment on the counterclaim is the subject of this appeal. The judgment is affirmed.
