Plaintiff commenced this negligence action to recover for personal injuries sustained on February 25, 1990 at approximately 12:30 P.M., when she slipped and fell on a terrazzo slate tile walkway located in defendants' hotel where plaintiff, her daughter, Lucy Ann Sciarrino and a friend planned to have lunch.
