This matter is on review from the Respondent Professional Conduct Board of the Idaho State Bar (PCB and ISB), which issued its Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommendation in this disciplinary matter concerning the Petitioner Joseph L. Williams II, Esq. (Williams). We hereby adopt and affirm the Findings of Fact and Conclusions od Law and Recommendation of the PCB that Williams be disbarred for professional misconduct.
