In this premises liability case, we consider whether Centeq Realty, Inc., (Centeq) owed Karelyn Siegler a duty of reasonable care to protect her from the criminal acts of a third party. The trial court granted Centeq's motion for summary judgment. The court of appeals reversed. 874 S.W.2d 304
