The plaintiffs AHCI, Inc. (AHCI) and Jacadeda, Inc. (Jacadeda) appeal from the Court of Appeals' affirmance of the trial court's judgment in this action for the recovery of rent. The specific issue for our determination can be stated as follows: whether the lower courts erred in holding that the holdover tenant, Lamar Advertising of Tennessee, Inc., (Lamar) was not bound by the specific rent increases demanded by the landlords...
