After a jury trial, Boddy was found guilty of malice murder, felony murder and aggravated assault. In accordance with Malcolm v. State, 263 Ga. 369, 373(5), 434 S.E.2d 479 (1993), the trial court entered a judgment of conviction and life sentence only on the malice murder verdict. Boddy's motion for new trial was denied and he appeals...
