This is an action brought by Badger III Limited Partnership, the former owner of an office building in Milwaukee County, to recover rent that it claims was improperly withheld by Howard, Needles, Tammen & Bergendoff, a tenant in that building. The trial court granted summary judgment to the defendants, dismissing Badger III's complaint. Badger III appeals from that judgment and from the trial court's order...
