Justin Matthew Bacani, a juvenile, appeals his conviction of attempted first degree robbery, in violation of RCW 9A.28.020, 9A.56.200(1)(a) and 9A.56.190. He contends the information was constitutionally defective because it failed to allege an essential nonstatutory element of the crime, i.e., that ownership of the property taken was in some person other than the defendant.
