This is an appeal by the State from an order of the circuit court of Jersey County granting the motion of defendant Jenna Halsey to suppress results of a preliminary breath screening test (PBT) in her prosecution for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. 235 ILCS 5/6-20 (West 1992).
