Plaintiff appeals from a judgment based upon a jury verdict in favor of defendant in plaintiff's rent and possession suit. Although raising one issue requesting a new trial, plaintiff's main issue on appeal is the trial court's refusal to sustain its motions for directed verdict and for judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
