This appeal concerns a juvenile's adjudication of delinquency for one count of attempted second-degree murder, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:27 and 14:30.1(A)(1). The court sentenced L.H., who was fourteen years of age at the time of the offense, to placement in the custody of the State of Louisiana not to exceed his 21st birthday.
