Plaintiff Nikki Goluba filed a motion for civil contempt sanctions against the School District of Ripon and Roland Alger, principal of Ripon High School, for violations of a permanent injunction issued pursuant to a consent agreement between the parties. Goluba contended that the defendants had breached the agreement, which prevented the defendants from intentionally permitting or allowing prayers during graduation ceremonies at Ripon High School...
