OPINION

SEERDEN, Chief Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of aggravated robbery, and the trial court assessed his punishment, enhanced by two prior felony convictions, at confinement for 36 years in prison. We affirm.

In his first three points of error, appellant contends that he was illegally arrested, that a photographic spread was impermissibly suggestive, and that the trial court should not have admitted, during the rebuttal phase of trial...
