PETERS, Judge.

The plaintiff, Everett Carroll, brought this action to recover damages sustained in a one-vehicle accident which occurred at the intersection of Evangeline Parish Roads 4-25 and 5-66 on April 9, 1992. Carroll named the Evangeline Parish Police Jury as defendant. After trial, the trial court found in favor of the defendant and dismissed the plaintiff's demands. Plaintiff appeals this judgment.
