PER CURIAM:
This is an appeal from an order of the district court denying appellant's motion to modify his sentence and for resentencing. Appellant claims that he has been re-integrated into the community and has been rehabilitated, and that it violates principles of basic fairness and fundamental justice to reincarcerate him on a Nevada sentence.
