This is an appeal from the district court's affirmance on judicial review of the industrial commissioner's decision. The commissioner determined that the claimant suffered an industrial disability caused by the combination of his first and second injuries which triggered the liability of the Second Injury Fund of Iowa. The commissioner also ordered the Fund to reimburse the employer's insurer for the amount the insurer overpaid the employee. We...
