We affirm the denial of Appellant's motion without prejudice to the filing in the trial court of a motion in compliance with Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Rackley v. State, 20 Fla. L. Weekly D1716, ___ So.2d ___ (Fla. 1st DCA July 26, 1995); Jones v. State, 637 So.2d 999 (Fla. 1st DCA 1994).

AFFIRMED.
