This is a consolidated appeal from a jury verdict finding a treating physician and his employing clinic liable for medical malpractice in their negligent failure to timely diagnose a brain infection. The district court was within its discretion in allowing two consulting physicians to testify as experts, in its evidentiary and procedural rulings, and in denying remittitur.
